Step 2
Complete a Priority Agreement
Complete a priority agreement with your choice of apartment floor plan and submit the $1200 non-refundable Priority Reservation Fee.

Sign a Residency Agreement

Make arrangements to move
Applicants must meet residency criteria or residency may be denied.
