Mosaic's Supported Housing program is offers financial assistance to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness living in the community. This financial assistance is provided for the purpose of securing and maintaining safe, affordable housing for eligible individuals. The various types of financial assistance include: security deposits for apartments, first month's rent, utility payments, the purchase of household furnishings such as beds, couches, tables/chairs, and monthly rental stipends. A Financial Assistance Application must be completed by the referring agent for the individual requesting Supported Housing assistance.
